The Assistant will provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and other members of senior management. He/she will be responsible for maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, handling correspondence, and assisting with special projects as needed. The Assistant must be highly organized and able to work independently with little supervision. He/she must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Assistant Job Responsibilities

  • The skills and qualifications needed for the role of assistant vary depending on the position and company.
