  • Preparing financial plans and recommending financial products and services to help clients meet future objectives
  • Analyzing a client's financial situation, recommending appropriate investments, and executing the investments
  • Knowing and understanding products, services, and companies, and suggesting appropriate products and services to clients
  • Assisting clients with financial planning during retirement, including durable powers of attorney and estate documents
  • Helping clients by reviewing their policies and available coverage
  • Advocating for clients in resolving disputes with insurers
  • Supporting regular marketing activities and maintaining customer relationships
  • Storing client files

Financial Advisor Skills Needed
