The Promoter is the first point of contact for potential customers and is responsible for selling tickets and promoting upcoming events.

Promoter Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers, issue quality coupons, samples and merchandise, and maintain a clean, professional appearance
  • Assist in maintaining and updating promotional displays, merchandise, and signage
  • Assist with administrative duties, including answering phones, filing, and copying
  • Assist with tradeshows and events, including setting up booths, preparing displays, providing assistance, and interacting with customers
  • Process sales transactions, including handling cash, credit cards, and gift cards
  • Assist with customer service duties, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving complaints
  • Research and develop products, projects, and activities, and assist in directing operations
  • Assist with administrative duties, including answering phones, filing, and copying
  • Assist with tradeshows and events, including setting up booths, preparing displays, providing assistance, and interacting with customers.
