The Conversion Specialist will be responsible for working with the website development team to ensure that all website visitors are converted into leads or customers. This will involve creating and testing conversion strategies, analyzing website traffic data, and developing optimization plans. The Conversion Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining a library of resources related to conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Conversion Specialist Job Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to determine their goals and objectives for conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Develop hypotheses about what could be causing low conversion rates on client websites
  • Conduct A/B or multivariate tests to test various elements on website pages in order to improve conversions
  • Analyze data from tests to identify patterns and trends that can be used to improve conversion rates
  • Make recommendations to clients based on findings from data analysis
