The Field Service Representative is responsible for providing on-site service and customer support at our clients' locations. They diagnose and troubleshoot problems with our products, and work with the customer to resolve them in a timely manner. The Field Service Representative must be able to effectively communicate with customers, as well as have strong technical skills. They must also be able to work independently and manage their time wisely.
