The Field Officer will be responsible for providing support to the field sales team and ensuring that all customers receive an excellent level of service. They will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating appointments and bookings, and maintaining accurate records. The Field Officer will also liaise with other departments within the company to ensure that customers’ needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
