The Debt Collector will be responsible for contacting customers who have outstanding debts and collecting payments. They will work with customers to arrange payment plans and negotiate settlements. They will maintain accurate records of customer accounts and document all interactions with customers. The Debt Collector will report to the Credit Manager.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary in order to successfully collect debts from individuals and businesses.
  • Basic computer skills are also needed in order to use software programs that are designed to help with the collection process.
