Construction Laborer Responsibilities

  • Assist with construction and remodeling tasks including framing, insulation, drywall, painting, plumbing, electric, flooring, and general clean up
  • Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies and all applicable state and federal regulations
  • Correct and document quality control issues
  • Perform work assignments in accordance with project plan, standard operating procedures, and quality control processes
  • Assist with project materials inventory, and dispose of unusable materials in accordance with environmental compliance
  • Make deliveries to job sites
  • Conduct safety, quality, and production audits, and initiate corrective actions
  • Make minor repairs and installations as needed
  • Complete periodic safety inspections and audits
  • Other duties as assigned
