Brand Ambassadors are responsible for introducing and representing the brand, product, or service. This role requires a friendly, outgoing personality, the ability to engage consumers, and a compelling product. Brand Ambassadors are required to constantly research new trends and products, as well as keep current with the brand’s consumers.

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities

  • Attend brand events and private/public events to represent brand in a positive and professional manner; present company’s capabilities and products, assist with image development, and deepen relationships
  • Implement social media strategies, including creating and posting content, responding to comments and inquiries, and monitoring analytics
  • Engage potential customers and clients and establish relationships, as well as create digital, print, and social media content for digital marketing purposes
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email, print, and in person/virtual events
  • Develop and update brand collateral and elevate and maintain brand image
  • Manage company’s digital assets
  • Coordinate volunteer and team training programs
