The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making sales calls to new and existing clients, from 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. The candidate will be using a CRM system, which they will have to learn themselves.The Telesales Executive should be currently employed and looking to earn more money. The candidate should have good communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. The candidate will be based from home and work 40 hours a week.Candidates should have a professional appearance and manner.

Telesales Executive Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation
  • Create, maintain, and expand a network of clients and potential clients, and maintain and expand existing client bases
  • Develop and maintain a professional sales presence
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including maintaining regular communication and contacts
  • Conduct product demonstrations that are tailored to each client's needs
  • Report to management on sales and other metrics and on results from calls, emails, and meetings
  • Meet or exceed monthly quota

 

Objectives

  • Acquire new customers and cultivate existing accounts
  • Research market conditions to identify new leads and opportunities
  • Communicate with potential customers by setting up appointments and conducting initial phone discussions

Telesales Executive Skills Needed

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years proven track record in sales with 2 or more years of experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com Suite of Products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Outstanding customer service, interpersonal, and tact skills
