The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the talent acquisition strategy for the company. This includes developing creative sourcing strategies, managing the full-cycle recruiting process, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and external vendors. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Manager will stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order to continuously improve the talent acquisition function.

Talent Acquisition Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key talent acquisition partners, including staffing agencies, executive search firms, and diversity organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all recruiting needs.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate onsite interviews and manage the interview process from start to finish.
  • Negotiate job offers and extend employment contracts.
