The Steward will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service to guests and visitors in the stadium, as well as maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the venue. Duties will include greeting guests, directing them to their seats, assisting with any enquiries, monitoring crowd behaviour, ensuring that all rubbish is disposed of safely and efficiently, and carrying out regular patrols of the stadium. The Steward will also be required to liaise with other members of staff in order to ensure that the venue is running smoothly and efficiently.

Steward Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Assist cooks and other kitchen staff with food preparation as needed.
  • Serve meals to customers in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Keep track of customer orders and ensure they are satisfied with their meal.
  • Bus tables after customers have finished eating and remove dirty dishes from the dining area.
