The Restoration Technician will be responsible for the cleaning and restoration of residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by water, fire, or mold. The Technician will work with a team of cleaners and restoration experts to return the property to its pre-loss condition. The Technician must be able to lift heavy objects, use power tools, and work in confined spaces.

Restoration Technician Job Responsibilities

  • Perform water extraction and removal from homes and businesses
  • Use dehumidifiers, air movers, and other equipment to dry out the affected area
  • Remove mold and mildew from surfaces
  • Clean and disinfect all areas that have been affected by water damage
  • Repair or replace any damaged building materials
  • Monitor the drying process to ensure that the area is completely dried out

  • To keep accurate records of all work carried out, including before and after photos, for quality control purposes.
