The Recruitment Assistant will work closely with the Recruitment Manager to help source, screen and hire candidates for open positions within the company. They will post job ads online, review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask and work well under pressure.

Recruitment Assistant Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update job descriptions for all open positions.
  • Source and screen candidates for open positions.
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks on final candidates.
  • Prepare offer letters for successful candidates.


  • To identify and attract highquality candidates for open positions within the company.
  • To screen and evaluate candidates using a variety of methods, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • To work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruiting plans accordingly.
  • To create and implement effective recruiting strategies to source top talent from a variety of channels.
  • To coordinate all aspects of the recruiting process, from job postings to offer letters, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To maintain accurate records of candidate applications, resumes, and interview notes in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • To keep abreast of latest trends in recruitment advertising and sourcing techniques

Recruitment Assistant Job Skills & Qualifications Needed

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Some previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • The ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously is also key.
