The Real Estate Manager is responsible for the management of all aspects of the company's real estate portfolio. This includes but is not limited to: lease administration, property management, construction management, and real estate acquisitions and dispositions. The Real Estate Manager will work closely with the other members of the executive team to ensure that the company's real estate needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.

Real Estate Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the entire real estate portfolio for the company

Objectives

  • Direct and coordinate activities of real estate sales agents engaged in selling, leasing, or managing properties
  • Confer with clients to determine their needs and advise them on the type, location, and price of property best suited to their requirements
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate interest in properties; advertise properties for sale or lease
  • Arrange for showing of properties to prospective buyers or tenants
  • Negotiate purchase or lease agreements on behalf of clients
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases

Real Estate Manager Job Skills & Qualifications Needed

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is typically required for this position.
