The Physician Recruiter is responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment of physicians across all specialties. They will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and source qualified candidates. The Physician Recruiter will screen resumes, conduct interviews, and extend job offers to candidates. They will also work to build relationships with physician candidates and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.

  • Source, screen, and identify qualified physician candidates for open positions.
