The Physician Recruiter is responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment of physicians across all specialties. They will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and source qualified candidates. The Physician Recruiter will screen resumes, conduct interviews, and extend job offers to candidates. They will also work to build relationships with physician candidates and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.

Physician Recruiter Job Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and identify qualified physician candidates for open positions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and medical organizations to promote opportunities within the organization.
  • Conduct initial phone screens or inperson interviews with physician candidates to assess fit for open positions.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the interview process for physician candidates, including travel arrangements and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.

  • To keep abreast of industry trends and developments in order to best position the company as an employer of choice for physicians.
