The Patient Services Technician is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. The Patient Services Technician will maintain a clean and safe environment, provide assistance with activities of daily living, take vital signs, and document patient information.

Patient Services Technician Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Prepare patients for examination and treatment

  • Measure patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure and weight
