The Occupational Health Nurse is responsible for providing nursing care and advice to employees who are injured at work or become ill due to their work environment. The nurse will also liaise with the employee's GP and other health professionals to ensure a timely return to work. Other duties include conducting health surveillance, promoting health and safety in the workplace, and providing immunisations and vaccinations.
