The Master Grower is responsible for the successful cultivation of crops and the overall operation of the grow facility. They will develop and implement growing strategies, work with plant scientists to select strains, oversee planting, watering, nutrient schedules, and pest/disease control. The Master Grower will also be responsible for troubleshooting any problems that arise during the grow cycle. They must have extensive knowledge of horticulture and be able to work long hours as needed.
