The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for open positions within the company. They will work closely with the hiring managers to ensure that all requirements are met and that the best possible candidates are being considered for each role. The Junior Recruiter will also be responsible for conducting initial phone screens and scheduling interviews.
