The Invigilator is responsible for the supervision of exams and invigilation of exam rules. They will ensure the safety and security of exam materials and proctor the exams to maintain a fair testing environment. The Invigilator will also monitor student behaviour and report any incidents to the Exam Board.

Invigilator Job Responsibilities

  • To ensure the smooth and efficient running of examinations by being present in the examination room during the specified times to invigilate
  • To provide support and assistance to candidates as and when required
  • To monitor candidates during examinations to ensure that they are following the rules and regulations
  • To deal with any incidents or problems that may arise during an examination session, in accordance with the centre's procedures
  • To collect and return all examination materials at the end of each session

Objectives
