The Immigration Consultant will provide analysis and advice on all aspects of Canadian immigration law. They will work with clients to identify their needs and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve these goals. The consultant will also prepare and submit applications to Citizenship and Immigration Canada, as well as represent clients at hearings before the Immigration Appeal Division. In addition, they will keep up to date on changes in Canadian immigration law and policy, and share this knowledge with clients.

Immigration Consultant Job Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on immigration law and process
  • Assist clients with applications for visas, green cards, citizenship, and other immigration benefits
  • Gather documents and evidence to support client applications
  • Prepare and submit immigration petitions and applications to the appropriate government agencies
