The HRIS Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), in order to support the needs of the Human Resources department. The HRIS Manager will work closely with the IT department to ensure that the system meets the requirements of users, and is updated and maintained on a regular basis. They will also be responsible for training users on how to use the system, and providing support when needed. In addition, the HRIS Manager will develop reports and analytics to help inform decision making within the Human Resources department.
