The HR Representative will be responsible for providing support to employees and managers on a variety of topics including but not limited to: benefits, leaves of absence, payroll, and policy interpretation. This role will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, managing onboarding processes, and assisting with performance management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality.
