The HR Intern will work closely with the HR Manager to provide support in a variety of Human Resources functions. This may include recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and payroll. The intern will gain valuable experience in all aspects of the HR function and will be expected to contribute to the efficient running of the department.

Objectives

  • To learn and gain knowledge about HR policies and procedures.
  • To assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
  • To help with employee onboarding and orientation.
  • To update and maintain employee records in the HRIS system.
  • To support the development and implementation of training programs.
  • To conduct research on various HR topics as requested by the HR Manager or Director.
