The Head Cook will also be responsible for menu planning and developing new recipes. They must have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate their team.

Head Cook Job Responsibilities

  • Plan menus and estimate food and labor costs.
  • Order supplies and equipment.
  • Supervise cooks and other kitchen workers.
  • Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and proper functioning.
