The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for all dishes, utensils, and glassware in the restaurant. The dishwasher will operate the dishwashing machine, load and unload dishes, and perform other cleaning duties as assigned by the manager. He or she will also be responsible for keeping the dishwashing area clean and organized.
