The Catering Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the catering department including food preparation, service and clean up for all catering events. They will work closely with the Executive Chef to develop menus that are within budget and meet the needs of the client. They will also be responsible for hiring, training and scheduling staff as well as maintaining inventory levels.
