The Adjunct Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or graduate level courses in their area of expertise. The Adjunct Professor will develop course materials, deliver lectures, lead discussions, assign and grade assignments and exams. The Adjunct Professor will also be expected to meet with students during office hours and advise students on academic matters.

Adjunct Professor Job Responsibilities

  • Teach assigned courses in a given semester, which may include online and/or inperson instruction.
  • Prepare course materials, including syllabi, lectures, and assignments.
  • Hold office hours to answer student questions and provide feedback on their work.
  • Grade student assignments and exams.
  • Submit final grades for each course at the end of the semester.
