Spin Instructor Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and teach engaging and challenging spin classes
  • Create class profiles and playlists that match the class theme
  • Monitor participants' heart rates and intensity levels to ensure a safe workout
  • Ensure that all equipment is in good working order
  • Help participants set up their bikes properly
  • Lead warmups, cool-downs, and stretches
  • Motivate participants to push themselves and reach their fitness goals
