The Lawn Care Technician is responsible for providing lawn care services to customers. This includes mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing lawns; as well as applying fertilizer, herbicides, and insecticides. The Lawn Care Technician must be able to operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently. They must also be able to provide excellent customer service by being polite, professional, and helpful.

Lawn Care Technician Job Responsibilities

  • Mowing lawns
  • Trimming and edging around walkways, flower beds, and other obstacles
  • Pruning shrubs and bushes
  • Blowing leaves and debris off of driveways, sidewalks, and patios

Lawn Care Technician Job Skills & Qualifications Needed

  • The skills and qualifications needed for the role of Lawn Care Technician include:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly during an 8 hour shift.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
