A Janitor is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the public areas of a building. This includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash cans. A Janitor may also be responsible for setting up and breaking down event spaces, as well as cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.

  • To clean windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces on a regular basis.
  • To undertake special cleaning projects as required from time to time, such as deepcleaning carpets or polishing floors
