- Coordinating and managing the implementation process for new clients, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process and ensuring timely communication of updates
- Managing project deliverables and timelines in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Conducting training sessions for new clients on our platform
Objectives
- To ensure successful implementation of new software or hardware products and upgrades in a timely and efficient manner.
- To work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to plan, coordinate, and execute product implementations.
- To troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the course of an implementation.

- To document processes, procedures, and configurations related to implementations.
- To maintain upto-date knowledge of new products and technologies relevant to the company's business needs.
