The Illustrator will be responsible for creating visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. They will develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.

Illustrator Job Responsibilities

Illustrator Job Skills & Qualifications Needed

  • Able to create illustrations using a variety of mediums including digital, traditional and mixed media
  • Able to interpret and understand briefs from clients or art directors to produce appropriate designs
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in order to be able to discuss concepts and ideas with clients or art directors
