The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating marketing campaigns in order to promote the company's products or services in a specified region. They will liaise with internal departments to ensure that all regional marketing activities are aligned with the company's overall marketing strategy. In addition, they will monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to improve market share. The Regional Marketing Manager will also be required to prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance and make recommendations for future campaigns.

Regional Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans for assigned region(s) in order to achieve desired sales goals.
  • Work with Regional Sales Manager(s) to ensure that marketing activities are coordinated and aligned with sales efforts.
  • Conduct market research in assigned region(s), including customer surveys, competitive analysis, etc., in order to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.
  • Analyze data from market research and other sources to identify opportunities for growth in assigned region(s).
  • Develop promotional campaigns and materials (e.g. print, digital, events, etc.) tailored to the needs of each assigned region.
  • oversee execution of promotional campaigns and track results to assess effectiveness and ROI; make necessary adjustments as needed.
