The Product Analyst is responsible for conducting analysis on product performance and customer satisfaction. They work closely with the product team to identify areas of improvement and recommend changes to the product. They also develop metrics to track progress and report on results.

Product Analyst Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the product marketplace
  • Develop product requirements and specifications based on market research and analysis, input from stakeholders, and an understanding of the company’s business goals
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure that products are designed and developed to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Create documentation for new products, including user manuals, installation guides, etc.
