The Assistant Finance Manager will be responsible for providing support to the Finance Manager in all aspects of financial management, including but not limited to: budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis. The Assistant Finance Manager will also be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Other duties may include special projects as assigned. Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required; a master's degree is preferred. Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in an accounting or finance role is required; experience in a managerial role is preferred. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is required; knowledge of SAP or another enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is preferred.
